Where fitted - In addition to the vehicle's alternator a solar panel charges a 220 Amp/h
deep cycle battery, which operates all 12V appliances like fridge, lights,
water pump etc when you are not plugged into a 230V mains power point at
campsites.
There is no need to stay at crowded and often expensive campgrounds. Otago's Exclusive Solar Technology allows you to choose your own perfect spot. You can stay off the beaten track and experience the 'real' New Zealand! Equipment
