All prices quoted are totals per day except for insurance bond. Insurance Bond is required - The bond can be reduced by paying a daily insurance - The daily insurance amount is calculated depending on the term of hire and in all cases reduces the bond significantly - Please enquire for a quote. Minimum hire is 7 days.

A Deposit is required to secure a booking on a car. This is Non refundable on cancellations 4 days prior to the start of hire.

Early returns, unless authorised by management (returned before the end of intended hire ie days not hours before the end of the hire) incur a charge of 20% of the balance of hire. Late Returns, unless authorised by management (will be charged at twice the daily rate)

Full payment is to be made at the start of hire.

To ensure your safety and security we insist that all vehicles hired through Nomad Rentals are covered by an insurance bond.

Vehicle Insurance / Bond
Full vehicle and third party Insurance is compulsory.

Insurance Bond
Cars / Sleepervans bond applies. The bond can be reduced by paying a daily insurance - the daily insurance rate is calculated depending on the term of hire - Daily insurance options are full cover including glass breakage. Daily insurance options significantly reduce your insurance cost.

The Bond can be paid in the form of a credit card imprint, Cash, Travellers cheques or a Bank transfer, this is fully refundable at the completion of hire providing that;

• The vehicle is returned in a reasonably clean and tidy condition
• Has not been damaged or involved in an accident
• The fuel tank is full
• Nomad Rentals does not incur any expense arising from your hire
• All traffic infringements, speeding tickets etc are the sole responsibility of the driver / hirer and may be deducted from the insurance bond if not resolved by the hirer

In the event of any unforeseen circumstances or breakdowns, Nomad Car Rentals can only be liable for the amount of your daily hire.

A deposit is required to secure a booking. A full refund is available for cancellations more than 30 days prior to commencement, but for later cancellations this deposit may be forfeited unless otherwise authorised by Nomad staff.

Full payment for the balance of the hire charges can be made at the commencement of hire.

Policy applies unless other arrangements are negotiated between NOMAD and the hirer.

Fees in Percentage of Gross Rates if:

• 25 days before pick-up = No fee
• 24 days - 6 days before pick-up = 15%
• 5 days - 0 days and no shows = 50%
• If vehicle is returned early = No Refund
