All hires are subject to terms of hire on the agreement. All daily rates include unlimited kilometres and GST.

Compulsory insurance (additional to daily hire rate) and an excess applies.

A booking fee (deposit) is required to secure the dates of hire, this fee is part of the hire charge.

A deposit is required to secure the booking.

The balance of the hire is due on 28 days of commencement of hire. This can be paid by Credit Card. NZD cheques will be accepted but must be recieved 28 days prior to Pick Up.

Refunds are not available if the vehicle is returned earlier than agreed.

A bond is payable at time of commencement of the hire. This is refundable should there be no damage to the vehicle and is in a reasonable state of cleanliness on the termination of the hire.

The minimum hire period is 10 days. Short hires of up to 6 days and under are often available from Nelson.

Mileage is limited to 150 km per day extra kms will be charged a fee per km. An addiional cleaning fee will apply.

Pick up/Drop off: Between the hours 8.00am - 5.00pm. There is an extra charge for late returns if not approved.

Pick up/Drop off Locations: Airport / Auckland, Nelson, Motueka, Christchurch, Greymouth, Blenheim plus Picton Ferry Terminal.

Drivers licence must be sighted at the time of pick up for all persons requiring to drive. Licence must be clean and in English. Drivers must be 21 years or older.
