Nationwide Dealer Network and our 24-hour free call helpline are there should you require assistance. If you incur any minor repair costs we will give you a refund (up to a pre-determined amount). Just produce receipts. If major repairs are needed, protect yourself by getting us to authorise it first. Problems encountered with the vehicle or equipment must be reported to EasyGo Campers as soon as practicable. This gives EasyGo Campers the opportunity to rectify the problem within the rental period.

Failure to do so will compromise any claim that may eventuate after the hire is finished. Retrospective claims will not be accepted for any Easygo Camper rentals.

The liability of EasyGo Campers, or its agents, extends to either replacing your vehicle with a similar one, or refunding your hire charge for any days you lose the total use of the vehicle.

Our complimentary shuttle will pick you up from the airport, and return you there after your hire.

We'll even give you a 'Hit the Road' starter pack which includes:

• Regional maps, and information guide booklets
• Guide to camping ground locations
• Brochures on places of scenic interest
• Driver’s Handbook
• Camper Manual and Traffic Rules
• Comprehensive Road atlas (Remains in vehicle after hire)
• Toilet paper and cleaning chemicals
• Dish washing liquid

If you hire for 21 days or more ask about the 'Long hire discounts' you are entitled to.

EasyGo Campers charge a one way rental fee in peak season (November – March) You must start and finish your hire at whichever terminal is nominated on your rental agreement. Change of destination must be authorised by Easygo Campers and a relocation fee will apply.

Clients are responsible for the first Excess amount of vehicle damage and/or loss of the Vehicle contents. This vehicle security deposit is to cover the application of an insurance excess for damage to the vehicle, third party or property damage in the event of an accident, a bond to ensure that the vehicle is returned undamaged to the correct location, on time, refuelled, in a clean and tidy condition with no missing or damaged items, emptying the waste water and toilet and as security against any traffic infringements and associated costs.

Refer to (2) below for a waiver option available for the damage excess only. A credit card imprint is required on all rental agreements. In the absence of a credit card, EasyGo Campers requires a cash security deposit. This credit card imprint or cash will be held for 21 days after the return of the Vehicle.

1) Standard insurance (compulsory) : Standard Insurance is payable per day. This insurance is fully comprehensive and insures against recoverable 3rd party accident damage, theft and break-ins (excluding personal belongings). The standard insurance has a damage excess applicable. A credit card imprint (see Vehicle Security Clause above) is taken on the rental agreement to cover the excess. Part or the entire excess amount is only taken if there is an accident or damage.

2) Additional Insurance (optional) : Note - This insurance is not available to drivers aged 24 years or under, or hires under 7 days unless a 7 day minimum fee is paid. To waive the damage excess, you can choose to pay a non-refundable damage excess waiver fee per day. This is on a per accident or incident basis. A new waiver is required for the remaining days of the hire after any accident or damage occurs. A credit card imprint (or cash bond) is still required to cover items other than damage as noted in the Vehicle Security Deposit Clause above.

3) Windscreen and Tyre Insurance (optional) : For only a daily fee you can take windscreen and tyre insurance which covers breakages to your windscreen and punctures to tyres.

Minimum is 7 days. Collect from 8 am onwards on your first day of hire and return no later than 5 pm on the last day. Days of hire are calculated on the number of actual calendar days you have the Vehicle.

Short hires of 6 days and under are often available. Mileage is limited to 250Km per day. For hires less than 4 days an additional cleaning fee will apply.

Are not permitted in any Easygo Camper vehicle.

All hire charges include New Zealand's Goods and Services Tax (GST). You have unlimited mileage. Freshly laundered linen (1 set per person) and all cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery is supplied. There is a charge for a colour TV, BBQ, picnic set, snow chains, cell phone and bike rack, extra linen and other accessories.

EasyGo vehicles are fully equipped to ensure your New Zealand Holiday exceeds all expectations. Should you require any of the following accessories, they are all priced as one off charges, regardless of your length of Hire.

• Bike rack (holds 2 bikes)
• Child seat
• Cot (foldable)
• Snow chains
• Mobile phone

Hirer and driver must be over 21 years of age and produce a valid driver's licence. New Zealand recognises driver’s licences issued by your own country, as well as International drivers licenses. If you are a member of an Automobile Association bring your membership card with you and gain additional privileges and information on travel throughout New Zealand.

The speed limit on the open road is 100 kph (60 mph). 80 kph is the recommended limit for your vehicle. For the EasyGo 4+2 and EasyGo 6, the speed limit is 90kph. In built-up areas the limit is 50 kph (30 mph).

If you are fined or penalised for breaching any traffic or parking laws, you are liable for the fine and/or associated administration costs.

To secure a reservation, we require a deposit plus amendment insurance fee if taken.

The balance of the hire will be deducted from your credit card 28 days before your hire commences, unless there is a cancellation or other arrangements have been made.

Alterations to a booking incur a fee per amendment. In the case of a booking extension, this fee will be waived.

• Deposit is forfeited if bookings are cancelled after they have been confirmed
• 25% of the hire costs will be taken for cancellations within 14 days of the start of the hire
• 50% of the hire costs will be taken for cancellations within 7 days of the start of the hire
• No refunds for cancellations made after the travel or travel date has commenced

Major Credit Cards accepted: Mastercard, Visa, Amex and Diners Club.

When you book, you have the option of paying a fee which allows the following:

• Unlimited amendments to your booking
• Cancellation without penalty up to 28 Days prior to the start of the hire (if cancelled within 14 Days and the insurance has been taken, you are liable for 25% of the hire cost)

Prices may be subject to change due to factors beyond the control of EasyGo Campers. Any changes in price affecting a client between the time of booking and payment received will be advised immediately. The company takes no responsibility for any detention, delay, loss, damage or injury that a hirer might experience no matter how it is caused or by whom.

The companys rental agreement is the sole contract for hiring the vehicle, between the company and the hirer and passenger(s).

No refunds are payable on accommodation, or vehicles not being available, where a hirer or passenger amends, cancels or seeks to vary agreements after departure. These conditions cannot be varied or altered or waived by any employee, agent or representative of the company or by anyone providing services or facilities. The company cannot be bound by any representative or statement unless it is confirmed in writing by the company's directors or management.

Your travel agent will forward deposits and other payments to us on your behalf, but your travel agent is not our agent for the purpose of the receipt of monies. The company reserves the right to provide a comparably high standard vehicle where a booked vehicle becomes unavailable through servicing or reasons beyond their control.
